"Rich in content, rich in reality, and rich in spirit - documents, in detail, profitable
entrepreneurial coaching business models. I
fully endorse this."
"Milana coaches the coaches of the world to a new and much higher level.
Every word she writes is a word an effective coach needs to read."
"...loaded with practical ideas, methods and techniques you can use
immediately to build your coaching business."

Great information. It is easy to rush in and dump the whole load. It takes clear thinking as a coach to fill their immediate need and then offer what will take them where they want to be. Very helpful. Thannk you.
Thanks Milana for the tip! I am so amazed how you can see the coaching connections within any everyday life situation. What a gift!
Wow…I never thought about my business like that before and what a great way to continue with clients…great idea!
Milana,
Nice video it sounds like you are suggesting taking a consultants approach at the front end of an engagement, which is certainly the right type of approach.
Hi MIlana ~
Another gem! It’s so true that a customer comes to us when they have a particular need and they believe we can fill it. After that, presuming the need’s been filled and the pain’s gone, they’ll be open to engaging us in a dialog – as your chiropractor did – to explore how else we might be valuable, not only to relieve pain but also to prevent future pain, to provide a different view point, to re-force or check a thinking process, to gain new resources and, to keep the bones supple!
Thanks much for this great insight and I wish you a gratitude- and turkey-filled Thanksgiving with family and friends.
Hi Milana,
Great observation with your chiropractor. I haven’t experienced the business model with any of the chiropractors that I have used, so you hit the motherload with yours! He has a great business model, and really when you’re coaching, it is exactly that ‘ respond to what they want, give them what they need’ and they walk away happy after a long engagement! I have had clients come back for 2 or 3 more long stints of coaching because of this phenomenon.
Happy Thanksgiving!
I watched this earlier today, but the more I think about it, the more I believe it is not only great advice for me, but also for my clients who are chiropractors. Some of them DO only sell the whole package up front and it is intimidating to some potential patients.(On the other hand, they already had the mindset to hire me for a full duration, so it was good for me!)
I have put on talks to get prospects but not sold specific short term programs to solve that specific problem in depth. Great ideas. I’m going to do that instead of having the short talks lead to free sessions.
Thanks for this tip. It great when someone suggests something really quite simple and you go “yeah thats a good idea that’ll work.” I’ll start using this tip and look forward to getting results from it,
Cheers Milana,
Pete
