I am just dipping my toe into the water in terms of how to outsource my marketing effectively. I have made many mistakes as the most important part of the equation is TEAM FIT - people who can match my energy, and passion and act and work quickly and with initiative. So I will be looking forward to learning more and implementing your expertise of how to outsource in the New Year. Someone once asked me what was the difference between Tony Robbins, Paul McKenna and myself ...... and of course apart from the money and public awareness ...... he said it was MARKETING ! That has stayed with me ..... so it's all very well being a great coach ...... people need to know about you ..... then you need to have systems in place to market and pull them down through your funnel !
