Wow, what a pleasure to be a part of your success, Lynda - thank you for your wonderful comments! I really appreciate the time you took to write this. And yes, there's an abyss of offerings, indeed, and I am glad you found my products helpful!

Milana, I was making over a $100,000 a year prior to having two babies in 18 months. Since that time I have redefined my work in the world so that I can work from where I live (on an island in the west coast of canada). Before having our sons I travelled extensively for work (offering training to organizations and their staff in the areas of work-life balance, creating healthy workplaces, managing stress and trauma in the health and human services, etc.) and since becoming a mother I am now focussed on creating wellness products and group coaching programs. I have also advanced my professional development as a life coach and have felt on a parallel path of self study learning business building skills specific to creating and selling information products/programs. Milana, I have invested, what are now thousands of dollars on various business building courses and I find your resources, your blog, your approach, your message, your affirmation and belief in building six figure and beyond coaching businesses to be the most inspiring, clear and helpful voice in the abyss of offerings. I am keen to keep learning from you and doing my best to put what you teach into practice as I strive to grow Creative Wellness. Thank you Milana! To your continued success - With gratitude, Lynda

Milana,
Kudos - this is a great article!!
I just loved how you broke it down, so many entreprenuers get distracted by the shiny new objects and overwhelmed just by the sheer amount of information available and experts out there that its easy to forget and lose focus of how simple and doable it really is!

Lori, a hungry niche is the one that...

1. Already spends money on what you're selling
2. Can be easily found by attending a conference or doing a JV
3. Identifies with the specific problem u solve

Also, nobody wants to buy coaching - people buy solutions. Be there on the teleseminar tomorrow, I'll share more! http://www.coachingmillions.com/3mistakes

Great article! I love the simplicity - it helps me see where the gaps are for me. My question is how do you know what the hungry niches are? I'm getting the feeling that "moms" are not hungry for coaching.

Hi Milana,

I'm new to your tribe. I'm in Kendall's CMMS program and love it! I don't want to be on the "guru train", but I'm very intrigued with what you write and how simple you make it.

I've made $100,000 and $250,000 several years in sales and am new to coaching and info marketing. Seeing it broken down like this reminds me that it is very feasible for me to do this in 2010.

I am anxious for Phase 1 to arrive. I know it'll be a while as I'm in Sout Africa. Will be glad to get it.

Thanks!

Sharon Quarmby

P.S. I've hired Elizabeth Genco Purvis of www.marketinggoddess.com to rewrite my website and I've decided to do an entire brand overhaul and niche overaul.

I'll be www.MarketingForBrilliance.com by Oct 1! And launching my
3 Factor Client System at the same time.

I'm inspired and ready to go!

Milana,
I love the way you break everything down in such a simple way. I just pulled your book, Coaching Millions off the shelf yesterday because whenever I read it, you always remind me about where I want to go and that there's a path to get there. Many times we can get so distracted on the way to the goal by all the gurus, social media, and new online tools, but it pays to just stay focus and keep it simple.
Thanks!
