I can not tell you how excited I am to find you and your site. Last year I completeld coach training after successfully spending 25+ years thriving thru’ my design/consulting business, art practice and organic farm operation…an interesting and mind expanding combination. Really fuels a curious cat like myself. The parallels with coaching are everywhere. I am so happy to hear someone speak my language…”You can not, are not and why the heck would you want to be everything to all people? Exhaustive, depleting and NOT financially rewarding.” (this I know because I first tried doing it that way…ouch!)
I live my life as an outlier…on the edge of community partly because of the remote area I choose to live in and partly because of personality choice. Rather than limiting me, I am freed in so many ways, giving me a unique, broad landscape perspective….a truly big picture when put together with my life; business and personal experience. In short I live a fine, fine, fine life (on the edge of a central Saskatchewan lake surrounded by boreal forest) and refuse to do anything but enhance it.
Altho’ I took the training as a personal venture I am now thinking about committing to a coaching practice but doing it my way as is my habit… am interested in so many of your topics. Your site has made my short list… Thank you for doing what you do best.
