And that’s why I wrote my bestselling book, and started the Coaching Millions website – because the dreams of too many coaches are being crushed.

Here’s The Other Side of the Coaching Dream . . .

The dreams  most coaches dream aren’t being crushed by their lack of coaching skills – most of the coaches I know have attended the very best coaching schools and are often gifted, intuitive and skilled practitioners of the coaching craft – they really love to coach!

No, their dreams are most often crushed by the other side of the coaching equation: the business of growing a profitable and exciting coaching practice.

For years, too many coaches were approaching me at my coaching super summits and telling me their stories of frustration and resignation.

I’ve heard so many coaches tell me how few clients they attract, how hard it is to keep clients to stay with them for any length of time – only to have to replace what few clients they attract over and over again.

It’s a hard way to run any business – let alone a coaching practice.

And so many of those coaches try every new trick and tactic that comes out:  websites,  search engine “tools,” and the latest social networking gadgets to try and build an email list to send emails to – but these return limited results.

My Mission: Clarity for Coaches

I wrote Coaching Millions and started this site because I was seeing too many talented and savvy coaching professionals frustrated with the coaching business—they were allowing their joy for coaching to be crushed by the day-to-day business and marketing efforts that just don’t have to be that difficult.

I’ve made it my mission to change that.

And I’ve been so thrilled with the results! Over the past decade my business has exploded, with coaching friends from all over the world commenting on my blogs, attending my events and purchasing my Coaching Millions Business Lifestyle System.
